From countless studies the 'clarity of purpose' is the clear defining factor, consistently predicting whether you or your organization achieves its goals. 'Sorta clear' is not what we are about as individuals or in a team setting.
Teams needs to be super clear with where we are going and where we place our attention.
We are a Marketing, Human Resources business with Six star Service and Systems. We use the marketing arm to communicate our levels of service to potential clients, chase and execute the business.
The Human Resources focus is how we create the optimal working environment for our people, less, but better with a strong focus on delivering outcomes not hours worked. And how do we retain and recruit the best people in the business.
For me, my obsession is turning my addiction into ART. Using what consumes me to get creative!
